| Distributors with
domains will meet the following qualifications: |
| 1. Own and operate
a domain. |
| 2. Have sufficient
unique visitors or the marketing potential. If we do not find
sufficient website traffic to your domain through our research,
we will ask for your logs. |
|
| Domains will meet
the following qualifications: |
| 1. Be product or
service based. Domains that offer income opportunities on the
main page do not qualify. Domains that are nonprofit or
religious in nature do qualify. |
| 2. Provide full
contact information including email, telephone and a postal
address. We prefer this information to appear before the fold on
the main page. If this is not the case, a link that is easily
accessible (not in the footer) to the contact information must
be prominently displayed before the fold on the main page. |
| 3. Have a published
spam policy and privacy policy. |
| 4. Fully comply
with the stipulations set forth in the Raissa
Publishing/MyWorldChat Distributor Agreement. |

distributors will pay a one-time, $250.00 setup fee
(currently waived), subject to change
without notice. |

| Commissions: |
| Commissions
begin at the second payment cycle for each new customer and
continue until that customer either cancels the service or fails
to make payments. |
| Distributors
receive $10.00 a month for every active room sold. |

| Referral
Bonuses: |
| We accept
distributors because of sales potential and referring
distributors is not required. We provide referral bonuses
because your customers may contact us to ask about becoming
a distributor and, because you may discover qualifying
distributors during your direct sales efforts. |
| Referral
Bonuses begin when a distributor has reached 50 active room
sales and has referred at least one distributor. |
| Bonuses are
calculated from the sales volume generated through referred
distributors. |
| Distributors
receive $2.50/Mo bonus for each room in excess of 100 rooms
sold by distributors that they refer. Bonuses begin when the
referred distributor has reached a total of 100 active rooms
sold and continue for as long as the distributor's total
active rooms remain above 100/Mo. |
| Commission
and/or Bonuses may be increased by admin for exceptional
distributors on an individual performance basis. |
